His book is written from the standpoint of one who has faced his demons and sought help from various sources, and pulled all of this together into something that makes sense.

I love this book. I had heard good reviews and having read a number of other self help books I was at the end of my tether! It is written in a easy readable style and what is written really makes sense and pulls at your heart strings. Most of what is written stays with you after you have put it down. What's more it actually helps you understand 'what is wrong with you' in a gentle caring ...
